Your Right to Cancel
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Condition of Returned Items

In their original condition

Returned with any original tags or packaging where possible
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Made to Order Items
Many Little Alike products are printed especially for you once an order is placed.
Made to order items can still be returned if you have changed your mind unless they have been personalised or custom made to your own specifications.
Personalised or bespoke products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return Postage
If returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is faulty or we have made an error, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
