Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

As many of our products are printed to order, slight variations in print placement or colour may occur. These do not affect the quality or intended design of the garment.

 

Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch your items.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred or fraudulent activity is suspected.

 

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

 

Payment

We accept secure payment through trusted payment providers including:

Payment must be received before your order is processed.

 

Production & Dispatch

Many Little Alike products are made to order especially for you.

Estimated dispatch times are shown on the relevant product pages.

While we always aim to meet these estimates, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

 

Delivery

​

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the delivery service.

Little Alike is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

 

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where products have been personalised or made to your specific requirements, they may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

• Photographs showing the fault
